Q. Do you take walk ins?

A. Typically we’re booked up, we love to accommodate walk ins when we’re not busy. Please call or book online to make an appt to guarantee your preferred time. 

 

Q. How much are highlights/colors/balayage?

A. Pricing for color is always variable. We can give you a rough estimate over the phone, or if you come into the salon. However these prices are not guaranteed. Until the stylists assesses your hair in-person, discusses your goals, and begins application, it is next to impossible to provide you 100% accurate pricing.

 

Q. What if I’m not completely happy with my cut or color?

A. Our first priority is to ensure that you walk out of our salon, loving your hair and feeling confident. If for any reason you don’t feel your best after your appointment, please give us a call or message us ASAP on the text line.

 

Q. How long will my color last?

A. Highlights and other lightening processes are permanent, and will last until it’s cut off. Colored hair will typically last 6-8 weeks. A toner will last 3-4 weeks.

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We understand that life happens. Our policy cancellation policy is that if you cancel and reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment you will not be charged for your appointment. If you no-show to your appointment, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.

 

Q. The product I purchased isn’t working for me…

A. We want you to love the purchase bought from us. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with the performance of your product, please give us a call or come into the salon so that we can better match you with a product.

 

Q. What is you refund policy?

A. We do not offer refunds for any in salon service. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we offer adjustments at no additional cost to your initial appointment.

 

Q. Can I bring pictures of what I want?

A. Absolutely! We love pictures, especially for color – it makes sure we are all on the same page. However bear in mind, your inspiration picture may not be obtainable with in your very first visit.

 

Q. Do you sell gift cards?

A. Yes! Please come into the salon to purchase a gift certificate.

 

Q. What payment types do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks.

 

Q. Should I tip?

A. Our staff greatly and graciously appreciates and accepts gratuities from clients who are satisfied with their service.  While gratuity is a option and certainly not mandatory, it is usually seen as a “thank you” for a service well performed.  It is customary to leave anywhere from 15-25% of the service total.
